This Privacy Policy explains what personal information EasyEye Puzzles ("we", "us") collects when you use easyeyepuzzles.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the information we collect to a minimum.

1. Information we collect

Order details: when you submit the checkout form, we collect your full name, email address and phone number, together with the product you chose and its price.
Payment details: payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card details or wallet keys. Because our books are delivered as PDF files by email, we never need your postal address.
Messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
Technical information: with your order request, our form sends a general location hint taken from your browser's time zone and language, and the type of device and browser you use. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website securely.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your personal information, and you do not need an account to shop with us.

2. How we use your information

To process, confirm and deliver your order, and to arrange payment.
To contact you about your order and answer your questions.
To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (processing your order), our legitimate interests (security and customer service), and legal obligations (record keeping). We will only send you marketing emails if you ask us to.

3. Service providers we use

EmailJS: delivers the order request you submit at checkout to our mailbox.
Zoho Mail: hosts our email inbox, where we receive and answer messages.
Cloudflare: hosts the website and protects it against attacks.
Google Fonts: displays the Atkinson Hyperlegible typeface used for easy reading.
Payment providers (for example Cryptomus): process payments when you pay for an order.

These providers only process your information to provide their services to us. Some of them may process data outside your country; where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep your information

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and provide support, and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting laws (typically up to 10 years for invoices). Order requests that do not lead to a purchase are deleted within 12 months.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states have rights to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

6. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you change the text size or turn on night mode, that choice is saved only in your own browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to your information to what is needed to handle your order. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
