Welcome to EasyEye Puzzles. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of easyeyepuzzles.com (the "Site") and to any order you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

EasyEye Puzzles ("we", "us", "our") publishes large print puzzle and activity books. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].

2. Our products

We sell digital puzzle and activity books (word searches, crosswords, memory games and activity books) in several languages, individually and in bundles. Every book is delivered as a printable PDF file by email; we do not ship printed books. Each product page states the language of the puzzles and the number of pages. Please check the language before ordering: the website is in English, but the puzzles in each book are written in the language shown on its page.

To use our books you need a device that can open PDF files and, if you want to solve on paper, a printer. The PDFs are designed for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) paper and also print well on A4. We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you submitted it. Bundle prices apply only when the whole bundle is purchased together. If a price was displayed by obvious mistake, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it at no cost.

4. How orders work

You choose a book or bundle and submit the checkout form with your name, email address and phone number.
Submitting the form is an order request. It does not charge you and does not yet create a binding contract.
We contact you by email to confirm the order, the total amount and how to pay.
The contract is formed when we confirm your order and receive your payment. We then email you your PDF file(s).

We may decline or cancel an order request, for example if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the method we agree with you when confirming your order. Depending on availability, this may include card payments or cryptocurrency processed by third-party payment providers (for example Cryptomus). Payments are handled by these providers under their own terms, and we never receive or store your full card details. For cryptocurrency payments, the amount due is calculated at the exchange rate shown by the payment provider at the time of payment, and you are responsible for any network fees charged by your wallet.

6. Delivery

Your PDF file(s) are delivered by email to the address you gave at checkout, normally within 24 hours of payment. There are no shipping costs. Details are in our Digital Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return or receive a refund are explained in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our books, including puzzles, text, illustrations, layouts, logos and the EasyEye Puzzles name, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. When you buy a book, you receive a personal licence to use the PDF. You may:

keep the file on your own devices and print as many copies as you like for use within your own household;
print copies for the residents, students or members of a single care home, classroom or activity group that you run.

You may not resell, share, upload, email to others, republish or distribute the PDF file or printed copies, or any part of them, without our written permission.

9. Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false orders, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using automated tools to collect content.

10. Health notice

Our books are intended for entertainment and gentle mental exercise. They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, including for visual or cognitive conditions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
