Digital Delivery Policy

All EasyEye Puzzles books are digital products. We do not ship printed books: each book is delivered as a printable PDF file by email.

1. How you receive your book

1. You submit the checkout form for the book or bundle you want.
2. We email you to confirm your order and how to pay.
3. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you your PDF file(s), either as an attachment or as a secure download link.

2. Delivery time

PDFs are normally sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and often much sooner. If you have not received your files within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at [email protected].

3. Where we deliver

Because delivery is by email, we deliver worldwide, with no shipping costs, no customs duties and no waiting for the post.

4. Download links

If we send you a download link, please download and save your files promptly. Links may expire after some time for security; if yours has expired, just ask and we will send you a new one free of charge.

5. Printing your book

Our PDFs are designed for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) paper and also print well on A4 using your printer's "fit to page" option. You can print the whole book or only the pages you want, as many times as you like for use in your own household, as described in our Terms of Service. For the most comfortable reading, print in black and white on plain matte paper.

6. Wrong email address

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If you made a mistake, contact us and we will resend your files to the right address once we have confirmed the order is yours.
