Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every EasyEye Puzzles book. Even though our books are digital PDF files, we accept returns: if a book is not right for you, you can ask for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Cancelling before payment

Submitting the checkout form is only an order request. You can cancel it at any time before you pay, free of charge, by replying to our confirmation email or writing to [email protected].

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your PDF, for any reason, for example if the puzzles are too easy or too hard, or the book is not what you expected. To request a refund:

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days with your order number (for example EEP-261004-ABCD) and the book(s) you want to return. Telling us why is optional but helps us improve.
2. By requesting a refund, you agree to delete the PDF file(s) from your devices and not to keep, print or share further copies.
3. We confirm your refund by email.

There is nothing to post back, and no return shipping costs.

3. Bundles

You can return a whole bundle for a full refund. If you return only some of the books in a bundle, the refund is the bundle price minus the regular price of the books you keep (and never more than the bundle price you paid).

4. Faulty or wrong files

If your PDF does not open, is incomplete, or is not the book you ordered, email us. We will send you the correct file straight away. If we cannot fix the problem, we will give you a full refund, even after 30 days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of your request. We refund using the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, for the US dollar amount you paid, unless we agree otherwise; network fees may apply.

6. Fair use

The money-back guarantee is meant for genuine customers. We may refuse repeated refund requests from the same person when it appears that the guarantee is being used to obtain books for free.
